Author responsibility
The user publishing content is responsible for its legality and accuracy, rights to text and images, advertising claims, required licences and obligations to customers. The platform is not the author of user advertising and does not guarantee the quality of goods or services. This does not exclude platform liability or duties that cannot legally be excluded, or limit mandatory consumer rights.
Prohibited content
Offers of illegal goods or services, illegal drug distribution, fraud, threats, child exploitation, illegal sexual content, illegal incitement to violence, copyright infringement and personal data published without a lawful basis are prohibited. This platform additionally prohibits advertising alcoholic drinks, tobacco and nicotine products, gambling, weapons and sexual services. An ordinary restaurant or grocery store card is allowed, but advertising these prohibited categories is not.
Scope
The rules cover business cards, photos and text in photos, services, products, promotions, links and public materials in any language. Review is not legal certification of a business. Private wallet cards are not automatically published; users must not upload other people’s confidential data.
Publishing and moderation
New businesses and public content changes are reviewed before publication. The card may be hidden during review. For a violation of rules or law, the platform may restrict publishing, hide content or block business publications. The decision and its reason are available in the owner dashboard. Automated tools may assist review, but an administrator makes final decisions. Payment does not permit prohibited content.
Notices and appeals
Use “Support” for questions, reports and appeals. Provide the URL, problem description and relevant evidence; name and email are optional. Identify the disputed decision when appealing. The response and reasons are available via your private request link. Keep the link safe and do not share it. Requests are reviewed without undue delay. For immediate threats to life, contact emergency services.
Contacts and version
Contact the administration through “Support”. Rules version: 2026-09-18.3. Acceptance is recorded with the date and version; substantial changes require renewed acceptance.
User restrictions
For confirmed spam, abuse of the reporting system, threats or other violations, an administrator may restrict actions by an account, linked devices or a business dashboard. A negative review or good-faith notice alone is not grounds for blocking. The reason is available to the user and the decision can be appealed using the form. While restricted, ordinary new notices are not accepted, but a rate-limited appeal remains possible. Restrictions do not delete evidence or automatically hide the business reported.
